All in all though, the results feel a bit muddled. I'm starting to wonder if lumping all "web workers" into the same category is doing surveys like these a disservice. An editor, a designer and a programmer may all work on the same website, but they do vastly different jobs and it seems odd to compare them using some of these metrics.
